# Migrainely > The headache and migraine diary the NHS recommends — readable even during an attack. Migrainely is a quiet, sensory-light diary for people with chronic migraine and tension-type headache. Log onset, duration, triggers, medication, and pain level. The app is intentionally low-stimulation: monochrome serif typography, three themes (light / dark / low-light), no flashing animations, generous body type. Designed to be usable when a migraine makes screens unbearable. ## What you can log - Headache onset time, duration, peak time - Pain level (0–10) - Pain location (right temple, left temple, frontal, occipital, etc.) - Type (migraine, tension, cluster) - Triggers (stress, missed meal, light, weather, sleep, food, hormones, screens, dehydration) - Symptoms (nausea, photophobia, phonophobia, aura, dizziness, vomiting) - Medication and timing (sumatriptan, rizatriptan, ibuprofen, propranolol for prevention) - Free-text notes ## Quick-log mode Three taps: pain level, location, time. That is a complete entry. Anything else is optional and can be added later. ## Trigger analysis (premium) Spot patterns over months — sleep, weather, food, screens. Honest correlations, not predictions. ## Neurologist-export PDF (premium) A clean, clinical, printable summary with overview statistics, attack table, trigger frequencies, and preventive-medication adherence. Times New Roman, no marketing. ## Pricing - Free: daily logging, 30-day history. Indefinite. - Premium: £3.49/month — full history, trigger-pattern analysis, neurologist-export PDF. ## Guides Calm, sourced guides — aligned with NHS and NICE advice: https://www.migrainely.app/en-gb/blog ## Status Pre-launch.
