Migrainely ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Migrainely.

2. Information we do not collect
- We do not collect payment or credit card information. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through RevenueCat.
- We do not access your medical records, health apps, or other health data sources. All migraine data is entered manually by you.
3. How we use your information
- To provide core app functionality (logging migraines, calculating patterns, displaying statistics).
- To authenticate your account and sync data across devices.
- To analyze trigger frequencies and generate pattern insights.
- To send push notification reminders to log migraines (opt-in).
- To analyze app usage and improve the user experience.
4. Data storage and security
Your health data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning only you can access your own migraine data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with third parties.
5. Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- RevenueCat — subscription and payment management.
- Mixpanel — anonymous usage analytics.
- Apple / Google — OAuth sign-in providers.
- Resend — transactional email (launch list and contact form).
6. Your rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings, or contact us at start@djump.io.
7. Children's privacy
Migrainely is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above.
